- LPLorraine PiconeAug 6, 20251.0Awful wood, worse service — avoid this place I came here instead of Home Depot thinking the wood would be better. It was worse — overpriced, full of knots, chunks missing, moldy, bug-infested, and soaked from being left out in the rain. Not even treated wood! The employee shoved it into my car without waiting, ripped my armrest, scratched my seats, and left splinters everywhere. No apology — not from him or the three other staff who saw it. The manager passed me off to another manager who lied about the incident, refused to show me the video, and said corporate would call me. They never did. Terrible product, no accountability, and horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here. Oh and some of the wood is warped so nothing I was building is straight!
