- MPMichelle P.Nov 23, 20251.0I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We were advised to use kitchen cabinets to build an entertainment center. The shelves we received turned out to be the wrong size and completely unusable, and our contractor ultimately had to custom build replacements. When we asked about repeated delays and items going missing in transit, we were met with condescending responses and told this was simply “the normal order of doing business” and that we should accept it. Interactions with the manager were even more discouraging, as he was extremely rude. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this store and will not be going back.

It was worse — overpriced, full of knots, chunks missing, moldy, bug-infested, and soaked from being left out in the rain. Not even treated wood! The employee shoved it into my car without waiting, ripped my armrest, scratched my seats, and left splinters everywhere. No apology — not from him or the three other staff who saw it. The manager passed me off to another manager who lied about the incident, refused to show me the video, and said corporate would call me. They never did. Terrible product, no accountability, and horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here. Oh and some of the wood is warped so nothing I was building is straight!
