The lights look beautiful and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Kyle is incredibly quick and responsive to any questions I have. One of my bushes went out, and he replied right away and came over to fix it immediately. It turned out the plug had just been knocked loose—likely during fall cleanup—but Kyle was so sweet and understanding about it. I told him I had tried to find the plug myself and couldn’t, and he didn’t make me feel bad at all!!! Their customer service and quality of work are truly top-notch. We’ll definitely be using them every year!
