The worst experience i have the worst customer service. A technician came out said it was heating when it wasn’t. I called back. They said he will come out passed the weekend. Which we spent without heat. We were scheduled 1-5 he never showed up. I reached out to him at 5:44 pm. He said in order to come past hours he will have to charge me double. Asking me for money when coming to fix it was part of his run. I reached out to him on Wednesday because was on a trip man named paul was helpful he scheduled to me at the top of 1-5 on Thursday. I call a 2 no one showed up. It turns out i was never scheduled. Of course i am furious. I hung up paul calls me back within the hour we were able to schedule for 4-6 on friday. I was on a trip i called from outside the country to make sure they will be there. Paul asked me to hold on. He spoke to chris and came back and said that the technician was held at his first job. That he will not make it today. Incompetent people and company.

They check out your heater and air conditioning as if it was their own. Been using them for 13 years and no complaints. Try them.

Frequently Asked Questions About Shamrock Heating and Air Conditioning Inc

How often do I need to change my air filter?

Once a month is a good rule of thumb for most people. Depending on where you live and the amount of dirt, pet dander, and other contaminants present, you may need to change it more or less frequently. Check your filter often to determine if it’s dirty. If it is, change it.

If I replace my outdoor unit, do I also need to replace my indoor unit?

In most cases, yes. There are several reasons why replacing both the outdoor and indoor units simultaneously is recommended. For starters, air conditioner and heat pump outdoor units are manufactured to work with a matched indoor unit. Mixing and matching units can lead to reduced efficiency and performance. Additionally, if your indoor and outdoor units were purchased at the same time, your indoor unit is likely approaching the end of its useful life as well. By not replacing the indoor unit, you’re simply delaying the inevitable and potentially incurring higher energy bills. Purchasing indoor and outdoor units together ensures you receive a warranty covering the whole system, so you won’t bear the full cost of repairs during the warranty period.
