I call the next day they have no one available. I had no choice but to use a different company- my family needs heat.. this is an emergency!! It stops working again we call Shamrock again. Someone is on their way. He calls back saying he can’t come because another company was there earlier. So he willingly leaves us hanging with no heat on another bitterly cold evening.

It was mid November, unusually cold for the Autumn season. Shamrock dispatched a repair technician to determine the cause of the failure. The reason for the failure was identified and corrective action taken. The entire transaction was handled in a professional manner and in an expedited fashion. Our discomfort was minimized by Shamrock's commendable efforts.
