The most recent job was particularly challenging because of the steep gradient, but he handled it perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

During the six day process Bill kept reminding me that customer satisfaction is most important and if I see anything I'm not pleased with to let him know and he'll correct it. Crew cleaned up after each day. That customer service gets him 5 stars. I will be using Bills in the future to replace a brick walk on another part of my house.
