  Within a year of having the driveway done I began noticing spots where the gravel base was coming through, cracks forming, different surface textures, and he ramped the sides to make the driveway appear thicker than it was. I attempted to call the office and was able to speak to someone one time who said I’d hear back, and after a week or two I tried calling back for months and received nothing but the voicemail. Finally after asking the referral to reach out to him did he finally stop by to inspect the driveway and stated nothing appeared out of the ordinary except the base coming thru which he offered to fix. It’s been months now and still no repair. This company was an enormous disappointment, and has done absolutely nothing to make good on their sub par work. Don’t make my mistake, find a different company to do your driveway. Update: this company did reach out to me and they did make good on the repairs as well as go over the driveway with another layer of asphalt. Everything looks good and solid now.

  Weiland Construction did an excellent job on our driveway. For years, we could not find anyone who wld share our concerns of repaving.  Mr. Ted Weiland came multiple times to understand our concerns, such as drainage and cement repairing, and found ways to resolve the issues. He was sincere, patient and knowledgeable, and his crew led by one of his sons, Jerome, was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

  Weiland ConstructionCompany truck pulls up this morning as part of an ongoing construction project in our neighborhood and parks in front of our houses blocking our mailboxes (see photo). Totally ignored sign (see photo) requesting to please not block mailboxes in addition, two workers who were asked to move the vehicle totally ignored the request. It is a simple request (our mail has been intermittent because of the blockage). I should think if something as this request could be totally disrespected What would happen if he was requested to to rectify a more serious construction problem? I would never recommend this company.

  **WARNING** We’ve been experiencing issues with our driveway less than a year after it was installed. Despite calling multiple times and leaving several voicemails, we still haven’t received a response. Do not use this company. They are unreliable and do not stand by their work.

  Ted Weiland Jr. Construction did an excellent job on my parents' driveway. The team was professional, efficient, and the final result looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the work! Highly recommend them for anyone needing driveway services.
