- JMJose Mateo2 days ago5.0Wonderful outcome on me and my neighbor's roof. All in all I am impressed with the quality of material and the process of installation. Our experience with the very kind salesman was interesting in the best way possible. We've learned so much from him. While watching the crew work vigorously we learned a lot from them too. Our project manager Taylor gave us a final walkthrough to make sure we ended on a great note, which we did. Home Genius treated us well.

I couldn’t have been more great full for the job that Ambrose did making this project seem-less. Ezequiel and his crew are fabulous. They have ocd, if they don’t like the way things look or takes more time they do the the job with a smile. They all went out of their way to ensure consumer service. If you need a team to complete a job I highly recommend all of these gentlemen. It is is 6:37 and all of these gentlemen are still at my home making sure everything is perfect. YOU DISTURB MY WORK DAY, MY FAMILY TIME, YOU'RE CONSTANTLY CALLING. They keep calling and texting and calling and texting..... and texting and calling. They call from multiple #s with various area codes. They text seeking my business from multiple different #s and then they call me by the WRONG NAME.... PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME OR TEXT ANY MORE.

The initial consultation was very sales-heavy, though our representative was personable and pleasant to work with. It involved a 2 hour consult / inspection and iPad presentation in our home (which we weren’t expecting) The installation crew (outsourced) did a solid job on our full roof replacement, gutters, and soffit. Communication throughout the project was generally good, and the work itself was completed well. One thing to note is that both the consultation and the final sign-off process felt quite sales-driven, including having a representative present and waiting again in our home while asking for reviews on multiple platforms. Pricing was also higher compared to some local companies offering similar services. That said, the quality of the work and overall coordination made for a positive experience. However I probably wouldn’t go through this company a second time for other home renovations needed.

Taylor arrived the day after the gutters were finished and made sure we were completely satisfied. Wonderful experience for a decent price. Grade A+
