  I chose McBride for a recent addition for my plumbing and HVAC and their work was superior and offered competitive pricing. The owner, Tim was amazing in helping me plan and gave me the best solutions. His team of mechanics were professional and knowledgeable along with his administrative staff helped me through the whole project. I could not be happier with their service. I would definitely recommend McBride for your plumbing and HVAC needs

  I can’t say enough about McBride Plumbing. Not only do they always fix the issue, but they are SO fast to respond & send a tech out. In this day & age, that is so rare to find subcontractors who even respond to msgs within a week- these guys not only return my call promptly, they’re even ringing my doorbell within minutes. It’s next level service actually. Bravo, McBride & THANK YOU!!

  Highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of respect and communication provided by McBride Plumbing. Because of their mismanagement my family and 3 year old daughter went without water to our house for a whole week. We had tried turning the water back on per NJ water but was told to turn off by McBride so we complied. On a Monday we had scheduled them for Friday to fix our water line by completing a new install. Their solution to get my temporary water was denied by NJ water. As a reputable plumber you would think they would know you can not have an open meter as it is a liability. So even after telling them they are not to hook up to my geothermal well they came out Friday and ran MY garden hose from my irrigation well to my house and turned it on. Never did they check the water quality from my we'll to make sure it was okay to perform this procedure. The risked the safety of my family and still didn't even restore water as the garden hose is not capable of providing enough pressure into the house. Plus this "solution" took them from Monday to Friday to schedule. I called them back on Friday and canceled all future plans with them and told them I will never do business with them again .. I was very upset as they strung my family along the whole week with no water and even now they have the nerve to charge me $178 twice to my credit card. You want a good plumber that respects you and your family and provides safe and timily service? Call ASAP plumbing and ask for Chris! They came out on Friday right as McBride was leaving and had my water fully restored by noon on Saturday! I highly recommend ASAP and will be letting NJ Water know NEVER to recommend McBride to anyone again. Thank you.
