- KHKathy HuynhJun 16, 20241.0A nightmare from start to now. There’s a reason his reviews are bad and I highly recommend you all listen. They did my parents survey and it was incorrect. The scale is off. My parents needed a survey with correct dimensioning of the scale. My parents tried to contact him and he’s been unresponsive. Went to his office twice in one day, and multiple times days before, and he doesn’t open the door. Very unprofessional. I feel like he’s taking advantage of my parents because they do not speak English. My parents just want to do a project at their home but have been delayed. The township even tried to reach out to John Donovan. UNACCEPTABLE.
