Chris Kraft and Dominica Giuliano came and spent hours searching and checking everything until the leak was found and fixed. I also appreciated that Chris took great care to do the repair by opening the smallest hole possible in my wall which I was able to patch myself thereby saving me the expense of hiring someone to patch the wall. They then spent time testing to make sure the fireplace and remote were working properly before they left. While they worked they both patiently answered all my questions and explained everything involved. Very knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient and also very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company and really liked having the work done by Chris and Dominica.
