  Anthony Rosa was great! He came to look at my washing machine, which was leaking and we only realized it when there was water on the floor. I thought he would have to cut and replace pipes, but he found the problem easily. It was the trap that was closed due to debris. Once he cleaned it, the back up leak was gone!. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Will call A. M. Bott for my HVAC needs.

  I had a great experience with AM Botte and highly recommend them. They provided me with an excellent quote to replace the heater for my HVAC system—significantly lower than any other company I contacted. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They also made sure to clean everything up afterward, which I really appreciated. Overall, great value, great service, and a team you can trust. Highly recommended!

  Completely unprofessional experience. I had this company out to my property in Collingswood twice for a utility separation project, with the initial visit taking place over two weeks ago. Despite two walkthroughs and multiple follow-ups, I still have not received a formal written quote. As a rental property owner, coordinating these visits is a significant lift, and to have that time wasted twice with zero documentation to show for it is unacceptable. Instead of providing a professional estimate, the sales manager, Chad, spent our time questioning my investment goals and offering vague, verbal 'ballpark' numbers that changed every time we spoke. Instead of providing a professional estimate, he tried to make the financial decision for me without even putting a number on paper. If you are looking for a contractor who provides timely, written quotes and respects an owner's investment goals, look elsewhere. Two weeks of waiting for a simple estimate is a clear sign they either don't want the work or can't handle the project.
