    The people working at the storefront have NO respect for people’s time. They are chatting, joking, doing anything other than serving the people who have been in line for 20 minutes. When they finally do serve you - after you needed to wave at them to make it clear that you are waiting for them - they give you an attitude. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional, I am genuinely appalled at the fact management doesn’t do anything about it.

    Poor customer service Went there twice and 5 phones calls and still waiting for my credit . Its been two weeks and being told every single time that we are going to follow up with you within few hours and days passing by and no words from them

    Came to buy a couple of things the most useless staff. They don’t communicate they annoy you they are not helpful and they don’t care. Why would you run a business like this. May as well as shut the shop completely useless and would not come back. Save yourself the trouble go to homedepot.

    Ferguson as a company is a terrible organization. I called a location looking for a certain part, they told me that it was at the Secaucus store. I confirm the part number they said yep that's it. I asked how many they had in stock they said plenty. I looked up the part number and it was for something totally different. He made some excuse about what I was looking at being a different part number internally but that he confirmed the part was available. I asked for the guy's name he wouldn't give it to me He just hung up the phone. I drove 40 minutes away to go get the part, And they didn't know anything about it or anything close to it will recognize the part number he gave me. They didn't carry the category of part that I was looking for. I was so perplexed, but after doing some digging I found out that what Ferguson will do is pretend like whatever part they have is available but at a different location and they'll send you to that location rather than tell you that Ferguson doesn't have something in stock, hoping they can upsell or cross sell you to something else. The guy on the line was just doing his job hoping he wouldn't get put in a position where he can get in trouble. He had nothing to gain, except maybe a promotion lying to people. These practices are deceptive, and you'll reap what you sow. I hope many people read this review, and you lose as much business as possible to other local companies. I've attached a photo because photos help reviews get better traction, and let my thumbs down reflect my experience with Ferguson. I've heard from plumber after plumber and HVAC owner after HVAC owner that Ferguson is the worst.
