  Spoke with Chris who was pleasant, but never called me back as promised. Spoke with Frank who was arrogant and rather fresh, he said he would investigate the floor of interest for me and call me back. I did all the investigating, called him with all the info and supplier contact #. The supplier called me to tell me he had called Frank and given him all the info and sent out a sample to him. Just called Frank again to inquire where things stand, as communication from them has been nill. Supplier initially referred me elsewhere, closer, and I insisted on dealing with Modern Flooring to give them my business. After speaking with Frank today and explaining my concerns of my job possibly being too far for them to be bothered, which would have been fine if it were the case, he proceeded to rudely say to me "I'll tell you my impression, I don't like to be pressured, take your business elsewhere" and then slammed the phone down on me. Very unprofessional. Would strongly advise anyone AGAINST ever calling or dealing with this establishment, such as it is! Absolutely disgusting behavior from a business of any kind. Beyond belief.

  Very pleased with our new hardwood floor throughout our new home - tile floor in bathroom came out great - from the very first meeting they were helpful with picking out the style, color and installation went smoothly.

  Great selection...horrible service. Twice they cut different rugs wrong. I gave them another chance but at my expense. The latest case it took numerous calls to get someone to fix a rug they cut wrong size. Horrible service, no returned calls on multiple occasions. Sales people refused to share names on calls. Used to get good stuff there. I've heard multiple bad reports in recent years. I'll never go back.
