  My first experience with Harris services was a delightful experience. From the person taking my issue to sending me what I’m thinking is my oil boiler guy I’ve had a few since my original retired Never happy with the service So what a absolute delight and relief To finally fined a company who has a great work ethic, kind and friendly staff My search I think is over ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++++

  WARNING: PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - Do not be deceived by favorable reviews—ensure you thoroughly investigate before moving forward. I had a very FRUSTRATING and COSTLY experience. I paid $616 for a repair to fix a water leak under my toilet, but the issue was not resolved at all. One day later, when I contacted them again to report that the problem was still ongoing, I was told they would now use a “second option” and was quoted an additional $1,539.35 (Total cost: $2155.35). When I requested that the $616 I had already paid—especially since the issue was never fixed—be applied toward the new work, they refused. Instead, they insisted I pay the full amount again and sign the invoice before they would proceed. This raised SERIOUS CONCERNS for me about both their pricing and overall service practices. I ultimately hired another professional who completed the job for $869, which further highlights how excessive their charges were. BASAED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY WARN OTHERS TO BE EXREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not proceed without a clear written scope and total cost upfront, and always get a second opinion—otherwise, you risk unnecessary and significant expenses.

  Danny the electrician is the best. Prompt & professional. He's the 1st pro on the scene. Listens then communicates options. It may sound cliche but I honestly don't know what I'd do without the Harris pros. They provide outstanding service with a peace of mind.

  I had several electrical items that needed attention and booked an appointment with Harris. Donny was my technician and he arrived when promised, took stock of all my requests and offered solutions and fixes for everything. Although my electrical panel was not on the list, he looked at it and found moisture damage which could have created a real problem. He offered to come out the next day to replace it. He arrived on time and got right to work and replaced it. The wiring he did was perfectly completed. Donny was kind, respectable and a very nice guy. I was extremely pleased with the service of Harris Electrical.

  (UPDATE) I spoke with a company representative who offered me a company warranty for future work provided by them. I told her that the warranty was no good as I never plan to use this company again. She then offered me a small monetary reimbursement in exchange for taking down my Google review. I guess this is something they do with many disgruntled customers to keep their Google reviews at a good level but it is more important to me to keep senior citizens like me, and potentially other customers safe from their questionable pricing practices and hidden invoice discrepancies. In closing, I would recommend that if you choose to use this company please review the YELP.com reviews. I wish I would have checked them first and not relied on the Google reviews. I also found these bullet points in some of their other Google reviews: High Pricing: Numerous complaints describe the company as overcharged and expensive. Sales Tactics: Some customers felt targeted with aggressive sales tactics for unnecessary services or, in some cases, felt scared into approving high-cost repairs (e.g., $1300 packages for small jobs). beware. Questionable billing practices. When this plumber came to do the work he gave me a price and I asked for an itemized copy of the bill as I felt it was high.. He refused. Later that evening I received a second bill. I think that itemized bill that I received later that day was not supposed to be sent to me. I did see questionable charges. I tried to call the company as I had questions about the bill but now they won't call back
