- MRMark RaineyDec 29, 20252.0BEWARE: The worst value of plumbing service in the market. I cut the wall, exposed the pipe in an open garage. No crawling or climbing involved. Pin hole leak. I called them after the holiday and weekend as it was not an emergency. They quoted $597 on a copper pipe. When they cut out the small section they went back with 3 PEX fittings and 5 clamps. 20 mins. Done. 10$ worth of parts, 60$ company profit, 530$ in service technician fee?? Most over charged service I have used. Good tech, professional and kind. Pour company, not caring for repeat business or long term relationships. 300$ would have been an agreeable price based on the results and time but I had already agreed to the service. My fault. Will never use them again and Beware if you do! You will be gouged!!!! Their minimum price on a small leak per the office manager is 600$. Never again!!!! Totally wrong!

Dispatch is terrible at their job but luckily for Harris their technician was able to save the job cause I was ready to cancel the whole thing. It did take longer than expected but as long as the job is done right because its a gas line I dont want to wake up dead. I still have to wait for inspection.

The customer service representative,Jane, was detail oriented and very polite. Their yellow truck arrived exactly when they scheduled. Technician Robert Gibson was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for Rob if I have any further plumbing issues. Thank you Harris Plumbing staff!!
