I felt that the Harris representative mislead me on the condition of our existing sewer line and did not present with the option of simply clearing the existing line. Our existing sewer line was 7-8-feet deep and the installation resulted in huge disturbance to our front yard that was not necessary. To Harris's credit they reached out to me after my initial review and offered to mitigate the damage the occurred to our front yard, but they stood by their opinion that the replacement was justified. However, after a few phone calls and a visit by one of their staff nothing has happened and my attempts to contact the staff who visited the site have been ignored. I would recommend that any future customer of Harris get a second opinion before signing the contract, because Harris does not have your best interest in mind.

I asked Jason a question about a shower head that wasn't working properly. He explained how it could be easily addressed, which it was. I appreciated his assistance. If I have future plumbing issues, I will be contacting Harris and requesting Jason. Bill B.

When he was done we sat and he explained everything he had done. He showed me some concerns he had using his iPad and recommendations for the issues.
