  Niles was a walking reference guide. every question had a thorough answer and there was no bull crap with it. He answered honestly with no fluff. if a piece of equipment was malfunctioning, he explained how and why- and even the steps for replacement.

  Wouldn’t trust this business considering whoever drives their pickup truck drives like a maniac, swerving all over the road with the right blinker on and weaving in and out of traffic, going to injure someone or worse. I’d actually feel better knowing you were under the influence.

  Highly recommend Niles Hull for your plumbing needs! He handled some major plumbing issues…replacing very corroded cast iron pipes in my 25-inch deep crawlspace…and still kept a smile on his face. 😁 Niles explained everything fully before performing each task. He cleaned up each area before leaving. I would ask for him again in a heartbeat!

  I appreciate that they offer an inspection program, allowing you to have your electrical, plumbing, and heating systems inspected to ensure everything is functioning properly. I signed up and they caught problems that I didn't know, as one of my outlets could catch on fire and I had high amounts of iron in my water that the old water company missed. Then did all the repairs to correct everything. Great company and I am planning to use them from now on.

  Awful experience. My float on my sump pump was set too high so it wasn’t pumping water out of my pit when it needed to. They sent an inexperienced guy who tried to zip tie it to fix it and it didn’t work. He charged me $272.He never tested it before he left. They then set a second ”experienced” guy who said the float could not be adjusted and that I would need an entirely new sump pump for $1200 and that it couldn’t be adjusted. Called another plumber and they fixed it easily for $199. Said it was easily fixable. Tried calling them to get a refund. Was okay paying the discharge fee as they did come out, but shouldn’t be paying for a service that wasn’t completed. They will not return my calls. UPDATE: They respond to this google review but will not return my calls. I have called them several times and they do not call me back. Scam company
