The plumber diagnosed irreparable issues with my old hot water heater and recommended replacing it with a comparable one. When the new hot water heater arrived a couple of plumbers installed it fairly efficiently by bringing to the basement through our Bilco doors, and taking away the old one. My husband reset the water temperature a little too high, so it tripped the internal circuit on heater. Nonetheless, the company continued sending someone to reset it until we mutually agreed to set the temperature to a level that was more workable.

Absolutely outstanding service! I got Fabian’s number from my sister, and I have to say he’s probably the most professional, friendly, and honest plumber I’ve ever worked with. He fixed our clogged pipes and also gave me a very fair quote to replace my hot water heater. Without a doubt, he’s my go-to for any plumbing needs!
