We decided to call a local store, Rochelle Park, NJ, and we spoke with a man who was absolutely amazing!!! He asked us to send pictures of the cabinet so he could give an accurate way of fixing it. He offered to come out and fix the draw the next day. We weren’t going to be home so we made a date for Friday. We are very stubborn so we kept trying to get the draw in place. I even called him back on his cell phone as he was driving home. He was so pleasant and helpful. Well, we finally got the drawer back in, thanks to his guidance. His name is Michael McGrath, and today when I told him that he didn’t need to come and fix the draw I learned that he is the manager of that store. What a wonderful guy! He went so far out of his way to help us and we didn’t even purchase the cabinets at his store. THANK YOU! What a rarity to meet someone so dedicated and compassionate.
