New system installed in reasonable ay of time. Installers polite, respectful of our property and left the work area protected as well as clean before finish. Stayed to make sure system was working well. Always able to answer all questions and gave comprehensive instructions on use and care of the system
- SLSonia LopezApr 20, 20265.0I wanted to wait at least six months before I decided to write my review. I had my heating and air conditioning units replaced in October 2025. Customer service was pretty amazing. They were able to jiggle other installations so that I could be scheduled as soon as possible. The installation process was seamless. The heating unit works very efficiently and I was able to set my thermostat two degrees lower than what I had to with my previous unit. I highly recommend Indoor Air Technology.
