Always professional, always honest. Every tech I’ve encountered has been amazing. My most recent tech, Jeremiah Ketterman, was fantastic. He was Incredibly thorough and explained everything in deep yet easy-to-understand detail. Would highly recommend Indoor Air and Jeremiah to anyone in the area.
- SRS R5 days ago5.0These folks are lifesavers. My furnace broke in the middle of winter, and another contractor had misdiagnosed the problem, totally missing a risky issue and taking days. I called Indoor Air one evening, and Dave came the next day. He did smart detective work, found the problem the others missed, and was able to work with his staff to immediately go get the part needed and return to install - I had heat! He made me aware of possible concerns to keep an eye on and was professional, gracious, and intelligent.

They were very respectful of my home wearing paper booties, using multiple drop cloths and very respectful us use of the front door on a bone chiming day. I interviewed five HVAC companies (recently retired, time available lol) and Jesse worked with me closely over 10 days or so to be sure I was completely satisfied even before I engaged IAT. - MCMona CDec 30, 20251.0I have not had a good experience with this company so far. I signed up for their heating and AC maintenance plan in September, explaining the details of my system (steam boiler etc.). Because they were booked out, it was difficult to get the appointment for the boiler scheduled. When they finally arrived in late December, they said they probably cannot service my boiler after all. At that point, it was not working well and is in need of repair. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back about whether they will fix the issue. I wish they would have told me that maintenance was not guaranteed so I could have found a different company earlier this fall.
