  We called for maintenance on 2 systems. Jeremiah was very thorough and took the time to explain what ran well and what would need repair in the future. We are considering going forward on some recommendations he had. We feel his adjustments and cleaning he did today will result in a lower gas bill next month.

  Contacted Indoor Air Technologies to replace a non working humidifier on our heating system, They responded in a very timely manner and after an onsite review of the humidifier we were looking to have installed they engineered and built an adapter to fit on our existing plenum. The following week they returned with the adapter and installed the new humidifier. All work was performed to our complete satisfaction in a neat, clean and professional manner. Would highly recommend their services.

  Christopher was very professional from he entered my house, he went over all that he was going to do today with the maintenance of my HVAC system. He was very thorough with his work and after he was done he explained everything he did and made suggestions that would benefit keeping the system running in great shape. I am extremely satisfied with his work and will keep Indoor Air Technologies as our primary heating and cooling going forward.

  The whole process of getting a mini split system was pretty easy. I contacted them via their website inquiry page and I got a call back immediately. A sale representative came and did the walk thru and presented the options. They installed it pretty much the following week. We did run into an issue with our electric box but they worked with a subcontractor electrician to help solve that problem within days. The Mitsubishi system has been working well with air conditioning and heating. Their staff have been nothing but professional and respectful of my home. The fact that they come in with shoe covers shows that they care even for the small things. I like the emails and text reminders for service. Any time I had questions and called, I did get a callback which I appreciate. Thank you for everyone involved in the process and I would definitely recommend indoor air technologies.

  I highly recommend Indoor Air Technologies. Their technician Cory D. not only arrived early to my scheduled appointment but Cory was polite, knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty and how informative he was explaining how he resolved an issue I was having with my furnace. I will definitely be calling this company again for any issues that might arise with my furnace/air conditioner. You guys are the best!!
