The maintenance service was very efficient and complete. The technicians were very friendly and very competent. They made sure I was satisfied with their visit before they left. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC installers and contractors.

I recently had them come to my house to replace four 8" round central air diffusers with 10" square diffusers, and to confirm that the system was properly installed, as it was a newly purchased home.
Upon scheduling, they came earlier than expected, so I was not home and was unable to speak with them directly, but a family member was able to speak with them.
I also was unable to be there for the day of installation, because I was never advised when they would return, except for when I called asking what the next step was, as I had already paid half. As such, the day was unavailable for me to take off of work, and I had to have someone else be there.
The job is complete, and I do have square air diffusers, but at a cost that is significantly higher what I wanted, at a lower quality than I wanted, and with registers which do not match the rest of the house.
I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that these were discussed with my family, and my family did not advise me - but the new vents which were installed, if left "as is", would be venting into my ceiling - wasting money and efficiency. They also were not secured on one side of the vent. The screws for the register are not going into anything that actually hold (they were screwed into ceiling tiles, not wood). One register is also partially over a wood beam. I had to fix these myself, and I'll have to replace the air registers myself - thankfully in the shape that I wanted, but for the price I paid, I am disappointed.
The work is complete, but still needs modification after (and thankfully I checked it). I'm happy the work is done, but also unhappy with how it was completed.
In the attached photos, you can see one side was screwed into a wooden beam, whereas the other side can lift freely. Both sides have a gap between where the vent ends and where the ceiling begins.
Thankfully a can of spray foam is much cheaper than calling out a tech to fix these issues.
Pete was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem rather quickly after we discussed what I was experiencing. Long story short, get your annual maintenance done, because I had a gunked up valve and my filters were real bad. He made some adjustments and on a freezing cold on day 2nd into the new year, and I’m good as new! Great personality and great technician! I’ll even now go as far as saying he’s a new friend to me! A wow experience through and through.. thanks again for saving the day Pete!
All the best!

One of our furnaces went out overnight, and in the AM I called a company with high ratings; 90min later, when no one from there had called back, I tried Efficient, and from the office scheduler to expert Rich Accordino to the firm’s followup, their attention and skill—the day before New Year’s Eve—left me enrolling in their membership program. Lucky thing the other company never called back!
I have about 2-year-old HVACs that were working fine before the tune-up visit. After the maintenance visit, I discovered that one of the furnaces, the one heating our bedroom, wasn't functioning and was blowing cold air. I had to go up to the chilly attic to check and did some research on the blinking HVAC status light, which indicated an error. I then found that the flame sensor had not been screwed back into place and was left hanging.
How could a maintenance technician leave it like that? Was it intentional, or simply a sloppy job? Only he would know. If the air vents had been checked for heat before his departure, this issue would have been easily identified.
The office did follow up on this.
