  Chris Fauci was very knowledgeable and experienced on my service call. I sincerely appreciated his approach to servicing my heating system and highly recommend him to any who need a service this winter. He was able to accurately test and make adjustments to my heating system to ensure safe, proper, and efficient operation. He also took the time to explain my options to ensure I fully understood my situation which as a new first time homeowner, I really was greatful for. Thanks Chris and thanks Efficient Air Service for the most pleasant customer service. The service day customer notification system was impressive and the phone reps were very kind and knowledgeable on the services they offer and were a pleasure to speak with.

  Each step of the process, from the initial assessment, administrative and the technical execution, every interaction with the team of Efficient Air, I would give them an A plus. Communication was excellent, fr7om the first service call forward. Professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, patient and caring. Linda, Adli, Ruben and each of the gentlemen installing the system, fantastic teamwork. Each displayed excellent client focus, were courteous, worked well together and explained all in a manner that was easily understood by my brother and me. We could not be happier. Highly recommend Efficient Air. Thank you Adli, Linda, John and each of the technical team, very much appreciated, well done!

  We had issues with our water supply being so bad and we had plumber Keith Black come and found the problem in less than 5 minutes. We decided to do a whole house water filtration system installed and Keith came back and installed it. Wow! What a beautiful job he did. Very impressive work! Seriously! Thank you very much. We definitely recommend if you ever need anything done. You will not be disappointed 👍

  From start to finish every person I dealt with from sales person to office staff to installer were professional and accommodating. With no heat in my house, Chris expedited my request. Paris was very prompt in getting back to me and scheduling my service very quickly and Tom the installer was very professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Efficient Air!
