  Richard was super nice very professional and for a young man very knowledgeable, they took their time 5 hrs and got my home running again and with heat it also save us from carbon monoxide poisoning being at 100ppm, quick to respond within the hour at my house and next morning back to make the repairs, 100% recommend Efficient Air. Thank you

  First experience with Efficient was excellent. Submitted a service request online, and received a call within 1 hour from the office. There was constant communication prior to the appointment including the day of. Keith was very thorough, able to troubleshoot and took all measures necessary to repair the significant clog in our kitchen sink drain. He clearly communicated the process throughout, and was very careful with the environment and thorough with cleanup as well. Highly recommend Efficient and Keith for Plumbing services. Will definitely explore the company with other needs if necessary as well.

  Efficient air is highly responsive and available when things go wrong. They provide knowledgeable technicians who are clearly trained to respect customer premises. In my latest service call, Peter Gonzalez went above and beyond to provide a solution and helped answering my endless questions. Efficient air is not a low-cost provider, but I have impressed with the quality of their work.

  I was looking for a price quote for an outside a/c condenser,. have never left a negative review. I made this appointment over a week ago with specific situation. Too which they said it was okay. The early evening before the appointment they text asking how their “designer” can have access to the house. I didn’t realize a a/c condenser required a “designer” I was only asking for the out door unit to be replaced and made it clear that due to the fire and other reason no one would be able to be there but the condenser is outside. The gave a rant on how their designer needed access to the entire home. Which I was clear when making the appointment would be impossible. I believe the second ppl hear “Fire” and “ Insurance” they take a simpler job such as the condenser replacement and want to make a big fee thing. The designer needing to come in to see the vents ( that were already cleaned by the insurance ) and wanting to replace things that don’t need to be replaced. Their eyes see dollar signs. They agreed to the appointment with knowing the circumstances. Then last minute need a designer to come in. Greed is not a good look for any company

  I entered a service agreement with efficient air covering my two heating systems, two coolant systems, and my water heater. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His expertise in this field was outstanding! He was courteous and was on time to our appointment and I did not have to wait around all day. Extremely satisfied with our service and would recommend them to others. Price was the price but consistent throughout the industry.
