From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.   Our 3 ton HVAC system with old refrigerant and 6 ducts were 19+ years old and required an entire system overall. The old system was under capacity, required an electrical upgrade and would struggle when needed most in the summer. Efficient Air and their team did a complete assessment of our property and as we had researched, they observed we had fewer vents than required and ductwork that was not performing as intended. We had 3 consultations in advance of Efficient Air however we noticed a pattern -- low prices in a $10,000 range never explained capacity, ducts or electrical work as well as no warranty for over 6 months and all payments required upfront. Also, lower priced options offered lower tiered systems and limited warranties on them. Price looked good however short warranties and upfront payments were red flags. Efficient Air offered 2 year warranty parts and labor, 5 year on Carrier system, electrical install with all permits and inspection at $20,000+. Efficient Air team: Chris, Christian, Tyler, Thomas, Linda, Ruben, Tyler, Hunter, Andrew, Adrian. Communication was direct, emails were pointed, explanations were detailed and concise. Overall Efficient Air's team complete the work it 2 days and the system is operating as expected as well as the option to finance over 8 years at 0% via PSE&G which is only $295 appx. per month extra. Logistics, Product, Professional, Complete Service, Quality, Responsiveness. Thanks to the team for a job well done. Cheers, Randy

  Jhon Polo came out to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. Jhon was polite and courteous and did what needed to be done. He was professional in his work and explained what he did and what needed to be done in the future in case there is a failure of an indicated part. The assistant that was with him was very helpful and courteous and professional too. These guys always do a great job. Thank you.

  We had a great experience with Efficient Air today. Eric, our estimator, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to walk us through all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. We ended up moving forward with a new system, and we feel really confident in the decision thanks to his guidance. If the installation goes as smoothly as the estimate, we’ll be thrilled. Highly recommend Efficient Air based on our experience so far!
