Jose found an issue that another company caused and/or missed and failed to identify multiple times prior. I have much more confidence now that this team is servicing my system
- KGKevin G3 days ago5.0We had major damage to our home with a power surge from the electric pole. We lost heat, electric and hot water during the storm. My service gentleman was professional transparent and easy to work with and made sure he made the job a priority. The guys came and replaced an entire furnace with a dual combo and moved it to create more space for me. Tippy, Mark and Walt were absolutely wonderful! They came the next day and installed a new split upstairs and did an absolutely wonderful job. They checked twice to make sure I was good and even sent some swag in the mail. They also gave me peace of mind adding protection plan for my home. Great to have Shore Guys keep an eye on home and have them take care of our needs. World class care and highly recommend. Thank you Shore Guys. I am grateful to have them keeping my home in good working order.

They helped me get the unit working again and were honest with what the problem was, and gave options for fixing it or replacing it. Luckily the fix worked, saving me from replacing the unit (as least for now). Thanks Jose and Shore Guys!

Bobby & Q did an awesome job getting it done. This was for work on one of our common area systems in a commercial condo building. Not our first time using this responsive, efficient, well run company and won’t be our last.
