I thought I needed much more, but he showed me through pictures. He took of my system that I only needed the blower motor cleaned and replaced the compensator. Happy customer here!

Given the cold conditions and safety concerns, we were understandably anxious. We called Shore Guys and they were at our door within 20 minutes. They quickly inspected the system, clearly explained what was going on, identified the issue, and had the heat up and running shortly after. The entire experience felt calm, professional, and reassuring—exactly what you hope for in a stressful situation. Fast response, knowledgeable technicians, and excellent service. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone in the area.

Within minutes after that, Alex called me and he went immediately out to my home. He found what was wrong and promptly took care of the issue. He then called me back right away and recommended some needed maintenance on my system. He explained everything in detail. I very much appreciate the rapid service and clear explanation of the issues. Alex was great. I would highly recommend him and Shore Guys to anyone!
