  At 430AM, home had large toilet malfunction sending large amounts of water from first floor bathroom down into basement and basement bathroom. Water was flowing from ceilings and lights. My family watervaced and my son called Servpro. Ty came over on way to office and had cleanup crew here by 915AM. Parts of ceiling down and everything sanitized and fans and dehumidifiers on. Samuel came 3 mornings in a row to take readings and check equipment. Last day, Julio came with Samuel to check readings and take equipment. Everyone was professional, polite and informative

Michael Pellicciotta, the Production Manager, went above and beyond, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of the restoration was handled perfectly. His level of care and expertise gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. A special thanks also to Christopher Delfino, the owner, for leading such a trustworthy and efficient team. It’s clear that this company values honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction above all else. If you’re ever in need of restoration services, I can’t recommend SERVPRO of Fort Lee enough.   Very happy with Alex , Jervis and Christian’s work on our home. They were a great team! Very respectful , hard working trustworthy crew. They made the whole process extremely easy for us. Javier was absolutely amazing as well thank you all for everything.

  Renovating a house is always stressful and it became even more stressful when the toilet overflowed in our newly renovated basement due to the damaged drainpipe from the street. In the midst of panic and imagining the worst possible outcome, I received a call from Chris Purguy from Servpro after PSEG contacted him. Thankfully, Chris was extremely patient with me and assured me that him and his team were going to take care of the problem. And they did! They took time to take a look at the damaged area, disinfected the area thoroughly, completed the work in a timely manner, and left the job site very clean and orderly. It was Chris’s knowledge and professionalism that gave me a true relief and I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their genuine empathy for my situation. I am very satisfied with ServPro of Fort Lee's amazing service and I definitely recommend Chris and his team for anyone looking for water damage repairs.
