  Hi , i'm doing my house renovation i been this store several times bought a stuff like vanity , toilet seat extra extra. today i went there return my vanity buy other one . i dropped on other side of the store when i came to back store to get return receipt they charged me 150 dollars for shipment even i returned back them . After i talked John his mood was so upset said it's in your return policy not even explained me nice way very disappointed by him .icalled customer service she was so nice i purchased another vanity . if we wanna buy on line then why did you open store . you should work on ur store management. Thanks

  We stopped into Ferguson yesterday to explore bathroom faucets and fixtures for our master bathroom remodel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Amanda, who offered us coffee and invited us to browse while letting us know she was available for any questions. And we definitely had a lot of questions! Amanda was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through the intricate details of different styles, brands, and options at various price points, helping us understand what would work best for our space and design. Not once did she make us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Her expertise and professionalism made what could have been an overwhelming decision process feel easy and enjoyable. Amanda is truly an asset to Ferguson and absolutely deserves recognition for not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations. If you’re planning a remodel, I highly recommend visiting Ferguson and asking for Amanda. Thank you, Amanda, for such a fantastic experience!

  I love the guys who work the supply/parts counter. They are always so helpful and patient with me, a homeowner who is usually stressed about a DIY repair.

  I bought a farm sink in biscuit. It came with a plastic sink strainer. Ferguson ordered a steel strainer to keep with the vibe of the sink.

  I can't thank Tony enough for the time and patience that he gave to us while picking out stuff for our new kitchen and bathroom. He has impeccable taste and truly helped to create beautiful rooms for us. So many phone calls and changes on our side but he was sweet and kind through it all! Great experience. Thank you Tony!
