  These guys are the most professional contractors we've ever dealt with. After we noticed a leak on our 30+ year old skylights, my husband did some research and found these guys. They came within a day to review the job and provide a quote for the pair of skylights in our bathroom. It was reasonably priced for quality Velux windows, and a comprehensive folder with all certifications and informational documentations were provided to help us make our decision. It was an easy one. The plan was for Monday, but it snowed the day before. They came out regardless, reviewed the conditions of the roof, and advised it was probably a no go due to safety concerns. No worries, we decided for Thursday. The team of 2 came right on time, and completed both jobs within 2.5 hours. They took the time to put up plastic coverings on both our bathrooms and put down pathways to not dirty on homes. They replaced both windows and surrounding roofing area, and the finished installs looked flawless. The next day it rained quite a bit, but no more leaks! Plus the updated remote shades worked very nicely. We are very happy and would recommend this team to anyone looking for updated skylight!

  These folks live up to their solid reputation. I shopped around before deciding to hire them. The project i had in mind I knew was small but fairly complicated. They were very upfront in great detail about the specific work to be done and their pricing was definitely competitive. They won me over with scheduling the job asap. Then followed up with me after the install, following the first rain and then again the following season after the first snow. I was very well pleased by that extra show of care. Carlos, their boss returned periodically to check the progress of the work. He came off as very sincere and has been in touch since just to wish us a happy and healthy new year. During the install, the roofers were respectful of the neighborhood as well as our property and friendly. God bless those fellas and their families for doing their work with integrity and dedication.

  We were referred by our neighbors on the same street to replace our 22-year-old roof. It was during the supposedly busy season in New Jersey (late fall and early winter) but initial inspection was quickly done on the same day when we called with thorough details. They offered the same installed price per sq ft across our neighbors and we think it was fairly reasonable for New Jersey where labor costs are often higher than the national averages. The materials seem on the premium side as well. So, we decided to use them. Carlos, who managed the entire project, did a great job communicating and coordinating. He brought a crew of 9 and finished the project (>4000 sq ft roof area) within 1.5 days. We are completely satisfied with the installation process itself. We cannot comment on warranty, follow-up communication etc. as we just had the roof installed. We'll come back to update the review if we experience anything negative in the near future (hopefully not!).

  I compared skylight prices with several vendors, and this company truly stood out. Not only were their prices very competitive, but the owner also took the time to thoroughly explain the products and assess exactly what my home needed. I really appreciated that he focused on doing the right job rather than pushing me into any unnecessary services. The installation itself was excellent. They finished a large roof project in just one day, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. After completing the work, the team carefully checked and cleaned up all the nails to ensure there were no hazards left around the house — a level of attention to detail that is rare these days. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

  I needed a full roof replacement and got quotes from 5 area companies. Carlos was the most helpful and straightforward in the estimating process. He answered all my questions, explained the products and options well and was excellent about communicating as I selected a vendor. Skylight has a competitive price- not the lowest but the total cost was one I felt very comfortable with after working with Carlos. The day of the roof install went great. The team showed up in time and prepped well and got the job done in a long day. The new roof looks great and I am Happy I have a durable long lasting product. I can recommend Carlos and Skylight Roofing for further work. I especially liked the drone footage updates of the process.
