  Matt and Derrick were the team that removed the old system and installed the new one. They did a great job - neat, clean, wore booties and put down drop cloth to protect my floors. They were easy to talk to and showed me the problems with the old system and how to work the new system. They were definitely knowledgeable but they explained things in an easy to understand way. A great experience with Matt and Derrick and SM. SM also does my HVAC maintenance - and they do a great job with that, too.

  The technician was polite, respectful, He did a very thorough inspection of the entire system and was neat as a pin, I highly recommend SM and think you will too.

  Rouby from SM Heating & Air Conditioning came by for our spring check up. He was very professional, nice and thorough. He found minor issue and talked us through it and what our options were. Very happy with his service!

  Exceptional Service, very thoroughly checked out the Ac system. Explained everything with pictures included, easy to understand what the problems are. I highly recommend the professionalism of this company!
