From the moment we first set foot in the store and met Peter, our experience was exceptional: Peter took time to help us make the very best choice and then came and measured and was available for questions while we waited for today's installation. Our installers showed up early and did an incredible, efficient job. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
- NANaomi AvnerOct 20, 20251.0Customer service and communication is lacking. There are plenty of flooring companies that don't talk to their customers the way Bill talked to my husband. I understand he may have been asking quotes and may not have been in the proper way. But we are already going through a stressful process of trying to get anyone to come in to measure flooring the day of closing (since we don't have access to the house for 30 days post close and have limited time to get flooring done when we can move in) Choose someone that has compassion and respect for their customers. The advice may have been good, but needs to be executed in a nicer way to get a client.
