- JYJohn YeswitaJul 19, 20251.0So I called the Point Pleasant store friday morning from LBI because it was the only store that had outdoor shower enclosures whomever I spoke to at the store told me they had 3 in stock ready for purchase i wanted the 3x6 they quoted me a price about $460 which I thought was a great price after I drove over an hour in bumper to bumper traffic I arrived st the gate to a rude old man to trll me to go 1st and pickuo the product then go pay which i thought was wrong so i went inside 1st anyway to see the diagram picture after i said i wanted it i also asked for the peeping tom roof I paid only just undet $500 which i thought had to be wrong I went to pick it up in the bsck and it was only 1 long box wound up it was only the roof part after i went back inside I explained the problem winds up the 3x6 was out of stock and so was the 4x4 I drove all the way back and forth in traffic All i got was im sorry that dont work for me That is totally incompetent and unprofessional between the front gate and whomever works inventory and the computers

We went to Woodhaven in Point Pleasant and met the salesman, Rich Gurtler. Rich was a tremendous help! He spent a lot of time with us designing and he ordered everything we needed.
