I called when my furnace went out over the weekend, and he was the nicest HVAC technician I’ve ever met. He made sure everything was fully fixed before leaving, and even went the extra mile by replacing my old air filter with a new one. He’s incredibly kind, respectful, and detail-oriented you can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Someone from scheduling could have informed me about it. Scheduled a second appt and no one showed up again. Left multiple messages for a call back but one ever did. Got a text to reschedule appt. Lets see if someone actually shows up this time.

The contract really only covers a tech to come out twice a year, change a filter and tell you about other services you need to maintain your units. These are not covered under contract. I would like to mention our most recent tech, Tasha Johnson. She was thorough in her assessment, honest, respectful of our home and concerns and did not leave until she could resolve our problem and make sure we were satisfied. I've been with this company for over 10 years, and with the last few techs, was considering a change. Thank goodness for Tasha. She has given us a renewed faith in this company. Job well done Tasha
