Mamadou was the technician, and he was very thorough and a good communicator. He even showed us the residue from the hot water heater clean out. We only paid to purchase sometime to help with frequent toilet blockages.

He was able to get the water shut off and is coming back tomorrow to replace everything. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself and wore his booties in the house to not track dirt in. Thank you Ben Franklin for getting someone out so quickly!
