- DDDGR2 days ago5.0Mamadou was an excellent technician. He answered all of my questions and concerns completely. Showed me every picture of everything he did. I will request him every time we need any type of service. This was part of our annual contract.

Joey answered my questions at the time to my satisfaction. And was told I would receive an estimate soon. Joey is a young man that the company can be proud of and keep on board. I gave a rating only on Joey as a tech, that came out and did what he needed to gather info. I'm sure it would be a 5 star if I decide to except the estimate. Thank you

He came in observed the problem and immediately knew I needed a new water heater (this is a Friday morning) meaning I would be without hot water until Monday. Dj made a few call and managed to get me an installation that afternoon! 10/10 would recommend

After briefly looking at a simple water leak, I was given an estimate of $700, which felt extremely high. I decided not to proceed and only paid the $75 service call fee. I then contacted another plumber who quoted $150 for the same job. Very disappointed with the timing and pricing. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any work.
