  Today I was greeted by Avery and Bob from ACE Hardware. Both were kind, polite and respectful of our home. Avery inspected my plumbing issue and gave me a quote. Avery and Bob were able to complete the job right on the spot. Everything was explained to me just how a friend of mine had told me. So I knew they were also being honest with what needed to be done. They were so nice that by the time they left, my husband and I had 2 new friends! Great job, well done, and very professional.

  Avery and Bob came out to find the source of a leak we were having from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bedroom. They found the leak in the toilet, & repaired everything beautifully. And they made sure everything was working properly before they left. They have taken care of other issues we’ve had in our house previously. (It’s an old house.) I’d gladly recommend them to anyone!

  We had a great experience with Ace Home Improvement when our well line burst and started leaking into our driveway and yard. They answered our call after hours (around 7pm) and scheduled us for the very next day. The team was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient, completing the repair in just two days while keeping the work area clean and safe in between. They even cut through our concrete patio neatly to access the line, leaving clean edges that made the repair process easier. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need!

  The service I had was for the HVAC system on a house I recently purchased. I wanted a complete check of the two AC and heating units. The technician contacted me before he came and was right on time. He did a very thorough job and didn’t leave until he was sure everything was in good working order. The follow-up info was excellent. An excellent experience.

  David Russell was not only a great person but a fabulous mechanic. He could have lied like other companies and not tell us that our AC unit was under warranty. He could have also said that the unit was shot and we have to buy a new one but he didn’t. He was straight up honest and even told us all of the other services that they have. Took pictures of all of our different units like hot water heater and furnace so that they have everything on file. My husband rarely likes the service tech. I assure you we will use this company again and if we could he would ask for David again. I would give more than 5 stars but that is the limit.
