  Bathroom update from Jacuzzi/shower to walk in shower with steam. Excellent communication from beginning to completion. We were on a relatively tight schedule and they managed all phases pretty much flawlessly. Only hiccup was custom Glasswork that was cut incorrectly by supplier. Template measurements were correct, so no fault of contractor. Just an unfortunate delay. My photos don't do it justice. It should be noted that everything is basically a grab bar as well, in shower and others placed around bathroom. Unfortunately no real "before" photos, just demo in progress. Which revealed some truly 3rd world work, illustrated by flexduct and some other shortcuts by previous contractor(local and known".when we remodeled first time 25 years ago. I can attest to the professional attitude and results from everyone at Kubat and do not hesitate to recommend.

  Great contractors. Our previously dark, cold unfinished basement is now a brighter, more inviting area that allows our kids to have a fun playspace, do their schoolwork, and it also gives me a more professional space where I can work from home when needed. Zak, Mark, and Rob were courteous and honest throughout the entire process, from the initial discussion of what we wanted to all the way to the finishing touches. The project was completed in a timely manner and communication was great. Quality of work was solid as well. Would definitely recommend.

  We had an amazing experience with the Kubat team. From the start, working with their team was a pleasure. Every morning for 4 weeks, Brian showed up at 8am. At the end of the workday, he wrapped everything up and made sure the area was clean/safe for our toddler. This made us feel great. Our bathroom came out amazing. Every detail was accounted for. Throughout the whole project, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5, I would. This crew is the best, thank you!!

  Since we moved in we lived with a shower in our primary bath that you could not shower in. Not only did you have to step over the faucet into the deepest tub, the tub tile surround was recessed a bit around the tub so shower water would sit like a pool. Just not a proper set up at all. So we shared the hall shower with the kids (the horrors I know!) I suppose we finally had enough and decided to work with Kubat to give us a much more functional and updated bathroom From the start, working with Zak and Mark to come up with our vision was such a comfortable process. They gave great guidance to figure out what our perfect bathroom looked like while advising on budget at the same time. Our bathroom layout is odd at best but we wanted try to get our wishlist without breaking into the adjoining rooms if possible and without going wild on budget. To accomplish this we had to give up our HUGE bathroom closet to accommodate our dream shower. The team was quick to ensure we had ample storage though including a vanity with smart storage and plugs, Huge Recessed Medicine Cabinet mirrors, and additional “hidden” recessed cabinets to accommodate all of our stuff! I had no idea what our style was or what I liked. I knew what we didn’t like though. Mark was patient and so helpful with suggestions for everything from towel bars to lighting and tile and more. The design process went so smoothly and all because of Mark! As someone who manages projects in my work life, I knew from day 1 when I saw the project timeline taped to my bedroom door that I was in good hands. From the start of the project until the last touch up Chris made sure I always knew what was going on, consulted me on all of the details, and was such a great person to have on site making sure everything was done to his high standards. The disruption to the rest of the house was kept at a minimum and protections were put into place to ensure that any construction debris or dirt didn’t find its way all over the house. The project was completed within time anticipated. Our new bathroom is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Kubat Construction not only was the whole project so smooth, but the work is perfection
