Promised to partially refund but after reaching out several times and waiting for months they said it was the manufacturer’s fault and they could do nothing. The partnered finance company synchrony Karastan is another scam that made us pay minimum per month and on auto pay. I just realized that they had a promotional period and without letting us know they added over 34 percent interest on the total loan. Avoid this place and never finance with them.
