  Kelley Karpets has the best selection! I had been on the hunt for a bedroom rug and wasn’t finding what I wanted until I went to Kelley. Love the Rebel line of carpets which I had never seen before. They came yesterday and installed the rug under my bed. Great experience.

  The installers were very professional and did beautiful work! Every line is absolutely perfect! I would recommend them a million times!

  I purchased carpet for my dining room and living room in 2014 and after 18 months, the strands started to come out of the carpet. Since it was under warranty, I called and Larry came out to assess the carpet. It was determined to be defective and it was to be replaced with the same carpet. When the carpet was finally replaced, they replaced it with a cheaper grade of carpet and it was a different color than the original. I immediately called to complain and had to bring in a piece to be "analyzed". I was told I would receive a phonecall and after several months, I still did not hear back. I called numerous times until they had an answer for me. They determined it was not the same carpet and told me they would "look into it further". I still never received a phone call, so I stopped in the store to talk to Larry. He still didn't have an answer for me of what was going to be done, and the manager ( a woman whose name I don't recall), didn't seem to want to be involved in this sale. Larry told me he would give me a call when he found out what would be done. Well, that was about five months ago and I never heard from him, and I am tired of having to chase after a resolution. I will never purchase there again, nor will I recommend to anyone looking to purchase from Kelley's Carpets. The customer service was a joke full of empty promises and excuses. Lesson learned and I will now go elsewhere for any other flooring needs.
