- ATAnthony TapiaOct 31, 20251.0I was behind one of these trucks on the highway and it shot a rock out and cracked my windshield due to the mud flap not stopping it. I called the company and spoke to two men Erick Schumacher and another man which I don’t remember the name and they were completely in professional. Erick eluded to the fact that I was out trying to get over on the company and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all . I tried to elaborate that the vehicle in question which I also have the plate number to didn’t have any stickers sayin keep back 500 ft or we’re not responsible for broken windshields so that’s why I called but non the less he remained rude ( to elaborate we were both merging onto the turnpike and I was within a normal driving distance as we were both trying to merge into the turnpike) . The other person (male who I didn’t get the name to because he didn’t give it was also extremely un professional when conducting the phone call ) answered with a hello and a pause and then immediately asked why I got transferred to him and who transferred me instead of introducing himself and just being a polite individual as a whole . All said and done try to avoid them on the road because they don’t check there vehicles for rocks before leaving job sites and better yet why do business with people who lack common courtesy/ professionalism when they talk to you.

The attitude I received was completely out of line and frankly embarrassing for any company that claims to value its customers. If this is the type of person representing your business, it’s a serious reflection of poor management and a lack of basic professionalism. Someone needs to take a hard look at who’s answering your phones, because no customer should ever be spoken to the way I was. In this industry, reputation is everything, and right now, yours isn’t looking good.
