  Honest Reviewer Here, for having my $90-$100K Kitchen redone. (Serious chipping and only a year later) (photos have been attached, this happened 5 months in and it’s now almost a little over a year still nothing done) This company was recently purchased by Mike…If you are looking for a good quality product… it’s not here…I had my kitchen remodeled by Hans Kitchens a year ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. From The beginning everything was smooth sailing as things got ordered and decisions were made of course. But the quality of their work was abysmal, to say the least. Despite numerous promises made by the new owner, Mike. They have failed to address the numerous issues that arose shortly after a lengthy installation process. They were supposed to replace the doors and have not and have not addressed it. Or get them to replace it. The cabinets are misaligned, the countertops are uneven, the soft closing of the cabinets barely closes properly, and when one of the guys came to prefix the caulking, has now for a (2nd) time cause they had to come fix it breaking apart once before. As far as the Cabinets go … the chipping of the paint is already peeling off. Has from 1- week of installation. Worst of all, their customer service is non-existent. It’s run by a young women. They have now ignored my emails and phone calls. I've tried contacting them multiple times to rectify these issues, but they always and give excuses or simply ignore my calls. Save yourself the headache and avoid Hans Kitchens at all costs. Their poor quality and lack of accountability make them one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

  Mike was such a professional from start to finish. He gave us great ideas and worked with us to create our dream kitchen. His attention to detail and dedication to his customers is unmatched. He still continues to be someone who I can rely on to help with a touch up or a question regarding my kitchen. It is not easy to come by someone with such integrity and character. I highly recommend him !
