  We have been working with Regent Carpet since we purchased our home 30 years ago, and they have been wonderful every step of the way. From selection to installation to follow-up, their service is always smooth, professional, and reliable. Over the years, they’ve helped us with everything from tracking down a replacement carpet in a discontinued design to finding an unusual color that tied a room together beautifully. We really value their expert advice in choosing carpeting that fits our household needs, and we appreciate that they are one-stop shopping for both carpet and hardwood flooring. Their installers are efficient, professional, and even thoughtful about working around our curious pets. We also love supporting a local neighbor and knowing follow-up is easy if needed. Highly recommend!

  We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled and used Regent. They did a fantastic job! Christina worked with us and handled everything from the beginning until the end. It was great being able to go to one place and pick out everything we needed for the remodel and to have Christina's expertise in helping us decide colors, styles, etc. All the workers were professional and accommodating in every way. Any questions or concerns we had were handled immediately. We appreciated how everyone kept us informed of the timetable of when things would get done. We highly recommend Regent and hope to use them again for our next home project!

  We have had several great experiences with Regent since our first project (replacing carpet) several years ago to a full kitchen remodel last fall. Everyone we worked with, from design to install, was so helpful and professional throughout the process and clearly took pride in their work.   We are very happy with the results of our bathroom/laundry renovation making it wheelchair accessible. Regent did a great job with the design and was able, despite some supply problems, to stay on schedule. Thanks to everyone who worked on this project.

  Last December, we had Regent Flooring replace the carpet in our upstairs master bedroom and closet. It was our second experience with them, as we returned after receiving outstanding customer service the first time. Russell Vizzini helped us during our initial project, which included four bedrooms, a hallway, and three stairways. He offered excellent options and useful advice on carpet colors, padding, and durability. We replaced the master bedroom and closet carpet because of major renovations there and in the bathroom. For this job, we again worked with Russell and also Jim; both made the process easy and delivered superb service. The installers, Keith and his son Jackson, were professional, respectful, and considerate of our home. We strongly recommend Regent Flooring for any flooring projects.
