He had outfitted our home two other times in the past. Russell truly knows his craft, is professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He has always given us good direction. We are very happy with the carpets we chose, the padding, and the overall service. Installers Keith and Keith's son Jackson were considerate of our home, worked quietly and completed the job ahead of schedule. They too were a pleasure to deal with. Kudos also to Jim who assisted on the sale. Being first time buyers at Regent Flooring, we are well satisfied through the whole experience. Thank you Russell, and Regent Flooring.

Three years ago I had an unfortunate experience with an out-of-state firm that resulted in some installation issues. The issues were neither acknowledged nor were they resolved. Aileen Ali at Regent was more than patient with my constant questions due to that previous experience. The entire Regent staff as well as the fabrication staff, restored my belief that there are people who truly care about the work they do. It was a pleasure to have those gentlemen involved with this project in my home. They were respectful, polite, educated me when questions were asked. From taking the time to make sure a seamed portion of the old stone was salvaged and not broken, making sure the new island piece was centered just so, backsplash tiles being aligned properly in this one hundred-plus-year-old home, and the plumber giving the house back its kitchen water; it was a smooth, transitional journey by all connected with this project.
