  Wren did a great job with my kitchen. Letty was extremely helpful through the whole process. it was a lot less stressful than i expected and i love the result. I would definitely recommend them

  Very friendly staff and great customer service. I definitely recommend this location. Serena helped me design and order my first kitchen and I couldn’t have asked for a better designer!

  We had a wonderful experience with the Team in Patterson - especially Leticia Arellano. She listened to my ideas and created a wonderful Kitchen. We are on the way to having a beautiful kitchen ! Thank you Leticia!

  DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to turn your kitchen project into a nightmare. The worst customer service ever. Save your money and nerves and take your business elsewhere. The design started good but everything that could go wrong after we signed contract did. 1) The kitchen was not delivered on the scheduled date, no one bothered to communicate what happened and when it would be re-delivered until after multiple phone calls. 2) they sent one cabinet and 2 fillers from someone else’s order- wrong address and wrong color 3) the items numbers do not much with the plan, some items are not even numbered. Wrong annotations is the designer’s problem but no one takes responsibility and everyone points fingers at each other. 4) the delivery people failed to mention something was missing from the order and instead went ahead and ordered a replacement cabinet, which now turns out is not missing at all. We are missing some toekicks and side panels and fillers but because the plan and the items orders are mismatched we have no idea what exactly is missing, we are spending a tremendous amount of time trying to figure it out by ourselves. I have to be fair to Tom and Lettie who were our designers, thank you for all your design help- the designing part I would give 5 stars but everything else is ZERO. This company lacks good management and logistics, it is like an octopus with many legs that flap around chaotically. I surely hope someone will step up to fix this $30k mess kitchen project.
