Crooks. Paid $3800 for A complete brand new ejector pump that worked just one bathroom in the house that was an addition to the house 30 years ago. It worked for 5 years and when it broke and sewage was all over my basement I told secretary we cleaned it up and called them and the secretary and I spoke over 6 times and no one ever got back to me so something was weird right away because they used to call back immediately. Not a holiday so there was no reason not to get back to me and when finally I called a private cell phone number that was given to me by one of their plumbers he called me 8 hours later and said he never got the message but he's at the gym and he'll see me later tonight. He came 7:30 PM. Got here said nothing was broken. blamed it onto much toilet paper going through the pump which doesn't make sense cause no one has used the room in 4 months because it's a spare room that we rented out and the tenant moved in with his girlfriend and only stopped by once every 3 or 4 months to get some things and would stop by once a month, meet me outside and hand me the rent. When I told Ron the plumber it can't be too much paper because no one had used the bathroom for 4 months. He then changed his story and said it's cuz you haven't used the pump for so long. Not true. I was going into the room and flushing the pump once every 3 weeks. Would run the shower+ toilet just to keep it moving cause MO told me to do that 5 years ago when he put in the ejector pump for almost $4000. Ron said nothing was actually broken but $70 is owed for the service call which I paid and he wouldn't give me receipt so I took my cash back and gave him a check since he wouldn't give receipt or a handwritten paper stating I paid for service call. Ron the plumber left and 48 hours later the basement flooded again and we had to clean up all the sewage all roll over again. I called back to say whatever he thought had nothing wrong with it, did. He just charged for a service call. obviously Ron had been wrong because it happened again and nobody EVER got back to me and that was 2 weeks ago. Something very shady is going on because they came to my house 8 times in 6 years and even though they were very overpriced ( paid $950 to put a bathroom sink) I always paid it because everything always worked when they left but something has changed in the last year since MO + Adam were here. Something got sleazy cause now they say there's nothing wrong, charge you and then the next day it's broken again. Stay away from these people cause the owner Sam never got back to me and it's been 2 weeks now. Secretary said I don't understand why the owner's not calling you back and I said either do I because I'm a very steady customer and I added up all my bills for the last 6 years and it comes to about $8000 worth of work in 6 years. The ejector pump alone was $3800. I always paid cash every time. UPDATE AGAIN: The owner just sent me a 3 page apology on Google and one of the apologies is for never emailing me receipt. well it was month ago and I still never got a receipt for the $70 when the guy game came here and did nothing. He said it was for service call and I paid him in cash and he wouldn't give me receipt at the time so I said give me back my cash and I'll give you a check because I need a receipt and he said we'll definitely send you one on Monday. well it's been a little over a month and he never sent me a receipt so to the owner who's reading this you keep apologizing then I didn't get the receipt in a timely manner well it's been over 30 days and I still didn't get a receipt so what do you have to say to that? You said you are generally sorry that no one called back for 2 days when I had a flood of sewage but now you still won't give me a receipt and all the guy did is walk in, said nothing's broken. Next day after he told me nothing was broken sewag leaked all over the floor again + no one came back to fix it so Rob, my boyfriend fixed it for me so that means that Rob who is not a plumber does a better job than Ron who u hired + sent to my house.

All Week Heating was great. Sam answered my call at 8pm and showed up at 9pm to fix a leak in my AC. I was pleasantly surprised he was able to fix it same day, so we could use the air-conditioning that same night. The service was great and the price was good too. I would definitely recommend.

All Week arrived on the day of Christmas eve to fix my broken heat 🥶 when my (former) company did (Reiner) not. Alex replaced the thermostats and fixed the blocked boiler. He is my Rudolph the red nose reindeer saving Christmas. Thanks Alex, and thank you All Week!
