  Had all new windows put in by this company about 3 years ago. Installation went well but good luck if you have any issues. I have contacted them multiple times and they never show up. Many of the windows do not operate properly anymore. Broken latches, some windows don't stay up, some windows are very difficult to open, some are crooked etc. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Obviously poor quality. Guess the old saying is true - "you get what you pay for".

  Service and sales not what it used to be. Window Rama installed windows a few years back and was their work and service was good. However, I had appointment last night at 6 PM and it was a no show, no calls, text or email to say not coming, very disappointing. The Best part, I received a call from their Manager Joe today after I left a voice message. He said his salesperson was available earlier and tried calling me. I was home at 4 PM, no one came to my house, no calls, text or messages left. He said, he had a screen shot form his salesperson which I asked he text me. I'm still waiting. It's better to say we messed up and missed the appointment, that I would believe.

  Jim and his crew did an amazing job installing our new window. The window looks awesome, the work was done quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful. - Shannon
