He made a conscious effort to tarp and cover our floors wherever he was working to ensure that tools nor debris would damage them. Additionally, he took the time to provide clear answers to my questions regarding maintenance and use of our steam radiator system. Lastly, he demonstrated attention to detail throughout the job, from start to completion. Pruzansky Plumbing is lucky to have Gelas as an employee. Thank you so much Gelas!

The guy came and said he can reset the toilet no problem, but the leak is not from the wax ring, but most likely because something in the shower is leaking and water simply accumulates near the toilet. At the end of the day the shower door seal turned out to be leaky. The company is not cheap but unlike others their plumbers think first before doing something. Strongly recommended.

They were very responsive and the communication was excellent. They sent over two plumbers/technicians to check it out. One of their names was Q and I forgot the name of the other, but they were both professional, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough, even checking the apartment units above and below mine to ensure that the problem was isolated to just my apartment. They were able to diagnose and resolve the problem, and the customer service provided was top notch. Would highly recommend this company!
- FMfaria muSep 19, 20251.0I hired a plumber to change the toilet. In the process of removing the toilet he also broke my toilet paper holder from the wall and caused paint damage. Plumber said i can tape it back. My friend saw the damage and said the plumber should be liable for the damage which i was not made aware of by the plumber. Also, it should not have taken an experienced plumber an entire 2 hours to remove a toilet, assess the new toilet could not be installed due to bad flooring, and put the old toilet back. They kept $315 of my deposit.
