  I highly recommend Castillo Fence Company for any fencing projects you may have. Work was completed in one day and the results are beautiful, all at a very good price. Communication was excellent all along the way and I look forward to working with Castillo Fence in the future.

  Company motto: Take the money and run! ⭐️ A branch fell and broke a section of our new fence. After repeated calls over the last 6 weeks, no one seems interested enough to respond although I’m willing to pay for any repair. Apparently they can’t be bothered with “small stuff”. So my installation was a one and done to them without any follow up support. Very disappointed. Update 11-30-2024 They installed railings on back steps. Finally fixed the fence. Railing does not match one side to the other. Vertical bars are crooked with different spacing. Have been promised it would be corrected for weeks. Installer saw issue himself and agreed it was sloppy work. Still waiting. Update 2-3-2025 Still waiting. Promises, promises..... UPDATE MARCH 31, 2025: they finally read this review and called me. Admitted work was shoddily done and wanted to repair it ONLY IF I DELETED THIS REVIEW FIRST. I agreed to do so upon COMPLETION OF THE WORK. they insisted I delete it BEFORE they corrected it. I declined as I had a low confidence that the work would be completed. So, they refused to fix their substandard work. Super unprofessional and sad. UPDATE JULY 22, 2025: Sadly, they will not correct defective work if you mention it in a review. You have to delete the review first. Agreeing to delete the review after the work is corrected is not acceptable to them. So, if you invest in a fence and a tree branch damages it, you will be ignored unless you provide them with new work and you better be happy with it even if the spindles do not match at all. This is my final update, cannot recommend them and do not wish them back.
