  We found Mudosi after getting pretty far with our kitchen design at another cabinet dealer. We ended up switching the project to Mudosi because Maria was able to listen to all of our crazy demands. Their design process was easy and they are straight forward and honest. The whole staff was helpful and went above and beyond. We are so grateful we found them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service and honest business dealings.

  Updated review. The tone of the reps changed 180° once we were unable to move forward with their services due to their own inability to provide a solution for our wardrobe in a timely manner. We were able to find a fully made custom cabinet maker to get us the finish and storage we needed within the same timeframe and budget as a semi custom from Mudosi. They were above and beyond to try and make it work, but in the end the design just wasn't working for our needs. We gave them a $300 deposit to do the designs but Musab specifically said it's a store credit to be used for future purchases. Fast forward one month and we went back to use our store credit towards purchasing knobs. Instead we are told it was a design fee and in NJ it can't be applied to another else. What does that even mean? As a business you can apply a deposit to anything. And why specifically say "it's a store credit" when it's not? The email further went out to try and make us feel bad that they had worked extra hours to give us the designs. While that is true, for a business to think they don't need to put in extra effort to gain thousands of dollars of potential business isn't part of the process is unreal. The most disappointing still is to say it's a store credit and then say no it's not. It's deceitful. Would have gladly gone back to our non custom vanity from them for our guest bathroom, but the last email making us feel in the wrong for wasting their time just because we we had to go elsewhere to get the custom solution that fit our needs is hurtful and warrants distrust for all future endeavors. Dilay was still the best rep I have ever worked with and I won't discredit her. But the last email which I imagine is coming from Musab and her higher ups is grossly unprofessional. Hope the $300 you kept was worth it.
