- JFJason FioreAug 14, 20251.0Don’t use them. They said delivery of our shipment would be 1-2 weeks. We’re in week 4 and it just got there today. When you get someone to finally answer the phone, make sure you avoid Jeremy. He never calls you back. It takes him days to find simple answers. He even offered to give me the tracking number or the phone number for the driver of my shipment, which was coming from out of state. No, that’s your job. After they receive payment the day I Place the order, it has been downhill. Dee was kind of helpful in connecting us with the trucking company, but getting charged extra for a liftgate and a delivery arriving four days after the driver entered our state is absolutely unacceptable. If you want your shipment to arrive on time with little to no logistical headaches, don’t use white cap. I regret using them. We’ve ordered the same product from two other companies and this never happened before. Not to mention the thousands of dollars the delay in this delivery has caused me.
