  I had a great experience with Pratt Plumbing. Sam was the plumber who installed our high-efficiency boiler, and his workmanship was excellent—professional, clean, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the owner, Steve, who stayed in constant communication to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. That level of involvement and care is rare and truly appreciated. The Navien boiler is working perfectly, and we’re very happy with both the product and the ongoing support. I’m genuinely impressed by their work ethic and commitment to quality. I would definitely recommend Pratt Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

  Short Story: We hired Pratt to detect and fix a leak. We were left with six holes, a broken molding, no leak fixed (and charged several hundred dollars). While not fixing the problem we hired them for, they seemed more interested in upselling us to do other services that weren't as critical. After two visits they could not resolve the leak & I kept being told they would call me back (they never did) but were only interested in selling me other services. I hired another local company who found the leak and fixed it. It was not in any of the holes that Pratt cut into the walls. It was also half the price that I was charged by Pratt. Giving two stars because the people were very kind and professional and clearly doing the best they can. Unfortunate to be charged so much without the problem being fixed & trying to be persuaded to buy other things.

  Recently had a water softener installed. Steve and his team are excellent. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

  Excellent experience with them when I found a leak from a pipe. Came over in a few hours and fixed it immediately. Will definitely use again.
