Be considerate to the fact that Wren is relatively young in US market and still putting the processes in place, However they are compensating it well with attractive discounts and financing options. We decided to go with their top range Infiniti Plus, very happy with the end result, we were able to achieve the modern minimalist look by choosing Walnut cabinets with plain white countertop. The customer support team is also very professional and helpful. I think those giving negative reviews have never dealt with other cabinet suppliers, most of them are nightmare to work with. Despite numerous negative reviews online, we decided to move forward with Wren kitchens after having a good experience with the designer in store. After we put our deposit down, when we called for the next step in the process we were informed we would be working with someone else which was fine for the first few interactions. But We reached out to him multiple times after that to get things finalized and get the process moving with no response. After finally getting a hold of someone at Wren we were told he was no longer working there and no one decided it was important to let us know or transfer our account to someone new to help. We wasted weeks trying to get a hold of him. Wren then told us a new person would be calling that afternoon to take over and finalize the details....we are still waiting to be contacted. Needless to say, we have decided to go elsewhere to get our kitchen cabinets. Please save yourself the hassle and listen to all the reviews online.
