The outside stone work of my house posed more of a challenge regarding the removal of the old windows, however the crew completed the job successfully. Install and cleanup was efficient. Crew was very courteous. Field inspector John Marte pointed out a factory defect in one of the screens and assured me it would be addressed immediately. I would highly recommend WindowRama.

The installation team, led by T.J. and John Marte, was friendly and meticulous in every aspect of their work. We are planning to replace our windows shortly and will again be contacting Windowrama based on our first time customer experience.

They expeditiously set up remedy. John Marte called me to ask questions, call switched to FaceTime. When i couldn’t push the switch as he had advised he set up a courtesy visit. He solved the issue, explained why it may have happened and taught me how to correct it if it were to happen again. Thank you WindowRama for being there and big THANK YOU to John! Wouldn’t buy windows from anyone else. ☺️
