Gaye and Roseann are our in-house decorators - They will be delighted to help you select the right color for your floor and even choose your paint colors. Their service is amazing, I explained what we wanted and Chris pulled all the samples that fit our description. We were able to walk on the samples, feel them and even take them home to check the color in the room we were carpeting. The installation was quick and the guys were very skilled. We had a lot of cuts and uneven edges to be carpeted. Overall they did an amazing job. They even edged two door mats for us with the extra carpet and then personally dropped them off at our house. WOW! G-Fried still gets 5 stars from this family.

What was promised upfront was completely different from what was delivered, and they took no accountability for their mistakes. They make it nearly impossible to get clear answers or fair resolutions, and their customer service is rude and evasive. It’s clear they care more about taking your money than providing honest, quality service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable carpet stores out there — this one is absolutely not worth the risk.
