- LCLinda ColucciNov 13, 20253.0Very disappointed. We went with Joe Hurley because we like to use local. They had to return 3 times to fix what they said was the actual Lennox unit. We also told them an outlet and light didn’t work after they left. They insisted it was not them however an electrician immediately found where they cut through ceiling and had cut the wire and taped it up. I called to explain what electrician found and was told management would get back to me. One week later they have not nor acknowledged their mistake!!! Very disappointed!!!

I called the office and was told they changed my appointment window to the afternoon. I explained I was not available in the afternoon. I asked to reschedule and was told it would be months for a new appointment. Time for a new company.
