  After finding Climate Plus through FB groups & their great reviews - I decided to give them a call. They live up to their reputation. They have been absolutely great to work with. My move into a new apartment was beyond challenging, with multiple changes, delays, and rescheduled service dates for HVAC work and duct cleaning. Joe, Allison, and the entire Climate Plus team accommodated every change without hesitation. Everyone was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive throughout the process, which made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Their pricing is reasonable and the service exceeded expectations - can't recommend them enough!

  He was nice friendly, and though he wasn’t able to fix my present situation, he was professional and did his job and he promises to get the problem fixed and escalated to the proper channels all in all very professional service, though my problem wasn’t fixed due to the fact that he needed to be escalated
